Guest Speaker
Dr. Switzer works exclusively in the field of leadership as an executive coach, consultant, and trainer. He has worked with dozens of government, non-profit, and for-profit organizations across the U.S. and abroad. Dr. Switzer spent 28 years with a large organization. Nearly half of his career was spent at the mid-management and executive levels. He frequently served as a change agent to develop and implement new programs or improve operations in teams and/or troubled areas.
