Merle provided pragmatic ideas for me to consider in areas that are extremely important to me (e.g., employee engagement, conflict resolution, relationship building, and strategic thinking). Merle was always well-prepared. Although all of our coaching sessions were over the phone, Merle had a way of making you feel as if he was sitting across the table from you.
