Switzer Associates allowed me to get an in-depth view of my SEIQ and a view of my Leaders Profile. This identified my thought processes along with what I was strong at, average at, and especially where I was vulnerable. Through the coaching of Dr. Switzer, I was able to find and even reinforce the why, how, and what I think and the approach I use in situations. I was able to develop skills to use in both my personal and professional life. I am positive that this coaching contributed to my recent promotion. If one takes the coaching and evaluations seriously one will have nothing but personal rewards.
