When I started leadership consulting work twenty years ago, I knew I needed assessments to help leaders and teams grow. Assessments are an important part of leadership and organizational development. Assessments are “used to measure what someone knows or has learned.” It is also an important tool to identify perspectives held by people in an organization be they line-level staff, supervisors, managers, and/or executives. Over the years, I have seen many instances where executives had a perspective as to what problems impact their organization, but the assessment results showed that other issues were not even on their radar. Good assessments help identify symptoms of problems that need to be addressed and progress toward identified objectives.

We are authorized partners for Everything DiSC, Five Behaviors, and PXT Select™ all Wiley products. We are also authorized for 20/20 Insight Gold which we use for 360s, Team Building assessments, and Organizational Health Assessments.
